Reviews and Ratings
The hotel is definitely not worth the money, with rooms in urgent need of renovation and poor cleanliness standards alongside disturbing noise.
My stay at the hotel was quite comfy and neat, and the staff was nice. However, the rooms could use a bit of renovation with a paint job and better lighting. There were minor maintenance issues that could be addressed, but overall, it was comfortable.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The seamless switching from grid power to the standby generator was a plus. Having breakfast included only for one occupant was a downside. The approximate price compared to other hotels in Victoria Island was reasonable, but the noise from the entrance and generator was a bit bothersome. The second room was acceptable, although I missed having a balcony and the requested shower wasn't available.
The hotel provided a decent stay overall, with some drawbacks like noisy surroundings and unpleasant smell in the shower. However, the service was friendly despite being slow and there were some issues with the attitude of the staff. The location had its highlights but also some cleanliness concerns. The dining experience fell short with stale food, and the facilities were just about average.
My stay at the hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms were very basic and looked old, with loud music from the bar disturbing my sleep till early hours. There was also a noticeable paint odor in the room, and minor maintenance issues were evident, making it below par for the extra cost. However, the outdoor pool was quite clean, and the Italian restaurant served very good food.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The rooms were lovely and spacious, but they had issues with humidity making the floor wet and provided insufficient pillows. The service was a letdown due to a questionable incident with financial matters despite a perfect score, with concerns about privacy and management transparency. The location was ideal for escaping traffic but had cleanliness issues and a noticeable smell. The dining experience was subpar considering the cost of the room. Despite some setbacks, the hotel offered convenient facilities and services.
